As I shared in my post, “Fantasia Said it Best“, music is my go to for therapy. I wanted to start a new series to uplift others with some of the ways I uplift myself. I bring to you “SATURDAY SOUNDS – My Jam of the Week“.  Every Saturday I will share a song or two that has inspired me in some way, whether it’s the words, the beats, or the melodic tunes. Whether it makes me want to celebrate, laugh, get up and dance, or even cry. Whether its give me a feeling of healing or nostalgia. I’m sharing it here!!!
